"We thank you for the professionalism and expertise you brought to the project, and the attitude and work ethics all of your subcontractors brought to the job each day.
Rarely do projects like this stay on schedule, but Gaffney Construction is clearly the exception."

Terry Ennis

Builders Investment Group

Facility Type: Medical/Office
Project Size: 23,120 sq. ft
Location: Everett

This new medical use office building was completed in February 2009. Construction of this 3 story building included CMU, metal pan decking, metal joists and framing.

Throughout the project, Gaffney consulted in great detail with the owners and architect regarding different aspects of design and construction of the facility. Gaffney successfully worked with the City of Everett in resolving challenges in relocation of the sewer and water lines servicing the adjacent neighborhood.

The project was delivered on time and under budget.

"Although unanticipated, one of the best things about working with you has been your willingness to share the insight and experience you have accumulated over the years. You did this voluntarily and in some cases alerted us to issues we would face well beyond construction"
